Overview of Similan Island & Richelieu Rock – 5 Days Liveaboard Safari/by White Manta

Explore Similan Islands, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, Surin Island, Richelieu Rock, Boonsung wreck or MV Sea Chart wreck & Premchai wreck on MV White Manta. These are the sites you can visit to enjoy the scenic beauty.

Departure Day:

· Between 16.00 and 19.00 hrs you’ll be picked up from hotels around Phuket or Khao Lak Centre.

• 20.00hrs latest arrival on board of MV White Manta
• 21.00 hrs you’ll be transferred from Phuket Town, Chalong to Tablamu pier in Phang Nga by air-conditioned Minibus
• You’ll get on MV White Manta, go to check-in cabin and listen to briefing.
• Dinner will be served on board
• You’ll stay overnight on board of MV White Manta

Day 2: Similan Island / Koh Bon

• 06:30 / 07:00hrs you’ll wake up and listen to a safety & procedure briefing before a check-out dive.

Day 4: Surin Island / Richelieu Rock

Day 5: Wreck dives / arrival

• 06:30 / 07:00hrsYou’ll wake up.
• 07:30 / 08:00 hrs You’ll take dive #13
• 09:00 / 09:30hrs Breakfast will be served.
• 11:00 / 11:30 hrs You’ll do dive #14
• 12:30 / 13:00 hrs Lunch will be provided, and you’ll sail back to Tablamu.
• 13:30 hrs You’ll arrive at the pier at Chalong Pier in Phuket.
• You’ll be transferred to your hotel by 16.00 (04.00 pm) or airport by 1500 (03.00pm)

Brief Itinerary for Trip WMXMAS & WMNEW
(Schedules are subject to changes depending on weather and sea conditions)

Day 1. (0 Dive); Scheduled pick up time is (between 4-8pm), and you will be transferred to Thablamu pier near Khao Lak where White Manta waits for you. Warm Welcome and Dinner will be served. You’ll sail overnight to Similans (sailing time between 4-5 hours).

Day 2. (4 dives); You’ll do  1 check dive, 2 further day dives & 1 night dive around Similan Islands.
Day 3. (4 dives); You’ll take 3-4 day dives around Koh Bon & Koh Tachai. You’ll also do 1  night dive at Surin Island if possible.
Day 4. (4 dives): You’ll do 4 day dives around Surin Island and Richelieu Rock.

Day 5. (2 dives): You’ll dive around Boonsung wreck or MV Sea Chart wreck and Premchai wreck. After returning to Thablamu pier by 1.30pm, you’ll be transferred to hotel by 4pm/ airport by 3pm.
Total (14 dives)

Note:  Schedule and Itinerary depends on the weather/sea conditions and  the discretion of the Cruise Director & Captain. It also depends on currents, dive sites activities, light, objective, sailing times etc. The spots are possible, but not guaranteed.

Prices include:
Free scheduled Transfer from anywhere in Phuket or Khao Lak Center to White Manta on Trip Departure day and return on arrival day,   accommodation onboard on twin share cabin , all meals incl. snacks and fruits, tea, coffee, towels and bed linen, Dive guide, Tanks, Weights and belts,

Prices do not include:
Any international or domestic airfare, any transfers to and from your hotel to the pier which is not mentioned in the Itinerary (can be organize on extra charge), rental diving equipment, Nitrox, PADI / SSI Diving courses, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, Nespresso coffee, National Marine Park fee* (payable on board), Diving insurance*** or  Travel insurance****, Rental diving equipment, Nitrox, PADI / SSI Diving courses (please book in advance), any Personal expenses, Tip for Crew, Divemaster, Instructor, driver, guide,

Please book in advance if you need to rent a diving computer or underwater camera.

Please note that the National Park Fee is set by the National Park and is subject to change without notice.

• 500 Baht for entry into the Similans or Surin (divers and non-divers) plus…

Example for above trip:
Entry fee for Similan 500 THB + Surin 500 THB = 1.000 THB
Diving Fee for 4 days: 4 x 200 THB = 800 THB
Total (payable on board) 1.800 THB
